Is “Learn Ranger Trap” PFS legal, or no? I’m mostly asking because it got two prints, one of which is in the “Ultimate Magic” book, which implies it to be PFS legal, in the additional resources. But at the same time, it could just count as an Item creation feat, which AREN’T PFS legal. I’m mostly asking as someone with a Kobold boon, which seems to imply that the “Kobolds of Golarian” version is also PFS Legal, provided you have a boon.
TL;DR: Is the “Learn Ranger Trap” feat Pathfinder Society legal, or not?

According to AoN, Learn Ranger Trap does not have a little Glyph of the Open Road symbol next to it. Which means it's not legal for PFS.

Hmm. I was initially going to say "I concur", because Archives is my go-to resource for legality, but there does seem to be a conflict here.
There are several Ranger Traps legal on the Additional Resources page, so Ranger Traps in general are not banned.
I don't see Kobolds of Golarion on the Additional Resources page at all, so the feat wouldn't be legal from that source, but it looks like Archives has lumped the two sources together into one entry, even though it appears to be legal from Ultimate Magic.

“Kobolds of Golarian” isn’t in the Additional Resources, because Kobolds require a boon. More details here.

The kobold boon from Gen con 2018 says that "Treat all kobold specific character options in the ARG, ISR, and Kobolds of Golarion as legal except icy mementos, lair snake, lightning blessed, ooze defense, and the spell blightburn weapon and the item blightburn paste."
Maybe that's the answer. It doesn't list Learn Ranger Trap in the exceptions. I would say it is legal then. Kinda iffy, though.
Hopefully, someone with experience playing a kobold from the boon will pipe in.| Gothic_Artificer |

That’s the thing: I AM someone with the Kobold Boon, asking. And I don’t exactly have the answer because....
But it's legal from Ultimate Magic.. You don't need to be a Kobold.
Oh, unless you're saying you don't *own* Ultimate Magic?
That’s exactly it. I have “Kobolds of Golarian”, but not “Ultimate Magic”. I’m still a new player, with my Kobold being my first character (I was gifted the GM boon, which was allowed), and am debating whether to use the “Learn Ranger Trap” feat on my Kobold PC, or another PC. But I’m not even sure it’s PFS legal, either way.

Oh. Wait. The answer is in that thread you linked:
Treat all kobold specific character options in the Advanced Race Guide and Inner Sea Races as if they appeared on the Additional Resources list, as well as all character options from Kobolds of Golarion except the traits icy mementos, lair snake, lightning blessed, ooze defense; the spell blightburn weapon; and the item blightburn paste.
