I think so, as they seem rather similar (both gods of spiders and trickery) and she's chiefly worshipped in the Mwangi Expanse (which is based on Africa). And yes, I know there's a Native American goddess named "Spider Grandmother", but Grandmother Spider seems a lot closer to Anansi in personality/portfolio.
Very likely, she is also known as Nana Anadi which sounds similar enough to me.
