Order #36291241 was unnecessarily split into 2 packages and I was charged to ship each one separately, resulting in double the normal S&H.

Per this post from Joan H. on 2 Sep 2020, you guys are aware this has been happening to me for several months and are supposed to be mitigating it.

Please refund the shipping charges on the second package of this order. In lieu of a refund, I'll accept a credit to my next order for the 2nd S&H charge.

I am so sorry for the frustration I am sure this has caused! I took a look at the order and refunded the duplicate shipping charge as store credit for you :) I also wanted to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to try to fix this issue and stop it from continuing on your future orders.
