I have sent an email regarding these two orders as well, but I understand that email requests are severely backed up due to Covid restrictions throughout the year. Both of these orders are still listed as pending on your site, and I was hoping to get a status update to them. These are intended as Christmas presents, and while I recognize the understandable challenges faced this year, I would still like an update as to the status of them. Thank you.
