Hello,
I am reaching out to customer service because I have not received my order, which had an expected delivery date of Nov. 19th.
I had sent emails previously regarding this issue on Nov. 23rd and Dec. 2nd, but I was not aware of the email backlog you were experiencing, and that it was faster to get assistance via a forum post.
I reached out to UPS in reference to the tracking number associated with the order, and they are showing the package transferred to my local post office.
I then reached out to my local post office, who walked me through retrieving their USPS tracking number from UPS, and they are showing the package as not yet received and still in "Pre-shipment" status.
USPS instructed me to talk to UPS for assistance, and UPS stated that only the shipper can report package issues, and referred me to Paizo. So I am hoping to get some assistance.
Please let me know if there is anything I need to do, or any more information I can provide. I double checked both UPS and USPS tracking numbers today, and there has been no change.
