Lost Store Credit

On Cyber-Monday, I was placing an order using my store credits. After going through the check out process, I went back and added 1 more item. When I hit "re-calculate", I lost the order AND $122 in Store Credit. I was not able to complete the check out process. Help....
I have called and emailed for a week with no response.
The emails included screen shots to verify the store credits I should have.
Is there anyway to replace the missing store credits?
Do I have any other options?
