Pathfinder Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber

I sent an email on August 3rd, and I still haven't received a reply. My books were received damaged. Photos are in the email I sent to customer service. I would like these books replaced please as the binding were all badly damaged in the shipment.

The following books were damaged in the order:
Lost Omens Gods & Magic
Lost Omens World Guide
Lost Omens Legends
