Hello,
I recently bought some products from yourselves that were damaged on arrival. I bought two posters, directly from yourselves, where the tube had been damaged and has badly creased and damaged the posters inside. I also bought an adventure path book (Dead Suns #2: temple of the twelve) from you via Amazon where the binding had come undone and pages are falling out. I was wondering if I could get some replacements. I would like to also mention that this was a problem when I emailed you back in october and I have emailed you 5 other times since then and received no response.

I am sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged! I have created a replacement order for the posters to be shipped out to you as soon as possible (new order #36304166), but the Amazon order will need to be replaced through Amazon's CS.
