Refund my order

I have been charged for the hardcopy version of Pathfinder 2 but I have lost interest in it due to how long it's taken and that there are other things I would rather do with the money. I would like a refund as I have requested many times through email but I have recieved no response. Please get this sorted out immediately.

Hi BoosterRed! I have cancelled your order for you and you should be receiving an email confirmation here shortly as well. You haven't been charged for the order yet, since we charge for the order when we ship it, but please allow some time for your bank to take the hold off.
