Hi there! :) I have an order that hasn't moved out of Pending status yet from November 4, was wondering if my order just accidentally slipped through the cracks or if there was some kind of billing issue or if my order was still okay? I think it did say up to 38 business days to ship some of the items, and I understand there are delays with COVID and all, just want to check in since I hoped things would arrive before Christmas.
