Dear Paizo Team
on Tuesday the 1st of December, I received the 5th volume of the Agents of Edgewatch Pathfinder 2nd edition adventure path. It was soaked and in a condition that the product is not usable. I already wrote an email to the customer service but haven't received any response yet. I kindly ask you to replace the product.
There is also a shipping issue. Although I chose the option to ship all my subscriptions in one shipment, I always pay twice respectively thrice the shipping costs. I'd also like to ask you to fix this issue.
