Wrong Item & Duplicate Item -- Order 36262995

Hi there, I sent two emails to the customer service address about a month ago but never got a response.

My subscription order (Order 36262995) was supposed to include the Bestiary 2 Battle Cards, Belly of the Black Whale, and We're No Heroes. The battle cards and Belly of the Black Whale both arrived together in one shipment, but when the second shipment arrived, it included an extra copy of Belly of the Black Whale, instead of We're No Heroes. I'd like to get We're No Heroes replaced and coordinate a return of my extra copy of Belly of the Black Whale, if necessary.

I'd prefer someone reach out via email since it's easier for me to check, if possible, but I'll try to keep an eye on this thread as well.
