Saturday November 8th, I attempted to purchase the PDF copies of all three parts of the Against the Aeon Throne adventure path for Starfinder. At first the website declined my purchase then when I attempted to correct whatever was wrong with my card information the website seemed to freeze on me. I went and checked my bank account and found that I had been charged eight times for the above-mentioned adventure path. I understand that this was just a glitch and just wish to resolve this matter so I can access the PDF and get my money back for the 7 copies I was not attempting to purchase.

Hi Sullun8! I wanted to first reassure you that you have not been charged for the order. Your card was declined at first. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to your card does not match what the bank has on file for it. Each time you tried to submit the order your bank was pinged. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end.

I have reversed those 8 authorizations for you but please allow some time for it to reflect in your bank account. If you would still like to place the order, we recommend double checking the billing address with your bank. Please let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you!

I contacted the bank. Got what was wrong on their end sorted out and I placed the order again
