My delux subscription

I have sent an email 2 times now so I will try this board.

I have not received my Delux bestiary 2 Yet?! I have gone to order it again and it says I have had it but the look in my order history and it is not there I would really like it for Christmas at least the PDF what do I need to do to get it activated on my delux rule book subscription as I believe there has been a glitch.

I have set up for your next subscription order to be the special edition hardcover of the Bestiary 2. You should be receiving an email confirmation for the order here soon as well. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to assist you :)
