So, I still have no response on my other purchase and I needed to use my gift certificates before they expired. So I placed another order - using THREE certificates totaling over $100. There was still a balance due so I paid with my card.
The system charged my card for the entire purchase. And still shows the certificates used. Which means that I spent $250 for $150 worth of product and shipping. Not including the item certificate that is still held up on my other purchase that absolutely will not let me update the payment method.
Now I understand that you guys are behind. But you guys are messing with peoples abilities to pay bills and put food on their tables by not being able to answer these responses in a timely manner.
My other request is 14 days old - with no response. I feel like these should be clear indicators that additional staff is needed.
