Blindness

Source Core Rulebook pg. 321 1.1
Traditions arcane, divine, occult, primal
Bloodline hag
Cast Two Actions somatic, verbal
Range 30 feet; Targets 1 creature
Saving Throw Fortitude
You blind the target. The effect is determined by the target's Fortitude save. The target then becomes temporarily immune for 1 minute.

Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target is blinded until its next turn begins.
Failure The target is blinded for 1 minute.
Critical Failure The target is blinded permanently.

--------------------------
If there are 3 creatures and their initiative order are A→B→C. Today, the first round ,A cast Blindness to B, then B's saving throw result are "Success" , then B's turn begin.

My question is: When will Blindness end? In round 1,time to B's turn begin?
Or round 2,time to B's turn begin?

Thanks

The spell ends on B's first turn, as that's their "next turn", which means yes, timing matters. While it's often better to unload a spell before an enemy's turn, many debuffs are best after instead. If you think of the spell (or Demoralize, etc.) as setting up for your allies, then it makes a little more sense that you want to go before them rather than before the enemy.
If it seems a tad unfair, note that the creature did succeed, so it was a minor effect, a consolation prize of sorts.

This timing is one reason to separate monster initiatives, so they too don't always have perfect timing by being clumped, at least not without Delaying to act so tactically.

This is why delaying your intiative in order to cast your spell *after* an enemy acts can be a viable choice.

Or not use a spell that is gimped by both the incap trait as well as a rather bad sucess effect.

Blinding an enemy, even if it's until the start of their turn, is extremely powerful. Especially if you have a rogue in the party. The chance of the boss being blinded for a full minute is also a plus.
