I'm trying to get in touch with someone about my hardcover rulebook code. The code shows as redeemed but there is no order for the book in my order history. I've sent two e-mails about this (9 days ago and 5 days ago) and gotten no response only to receive an e-mail from your news account today urging me to redeem the code! I found a phone number for your customer service department and called it only to get a message that the voice mailbox is full. Looking forward to getting in touch.
