Hi,

I attempted to purchase this book back in July and the payment was declined multiple times.

I originally preordered this as a gift for my husband's birthday on August 12 and because of the many issues I had with your system declining my payment (I updated/rechecked addresses, rechecked/re-entered card numbers, tried my debit, my husbands debit, and then finally gave up and tried my credit card. All of which showed pending charges which were then subsequently reversed), I ended up purchasing this book on August 11 at my local gaming store. Honestly, no hard feelings, I'm sure there was some sort of error on your website or something, I'm mostly just happy I was able to get the book from somewhere in time.

However, a couple weeks ago I received an email following up to my emails from August. Since receiving that email my credit card has shown two separate pending charges for this book. I don't want it. I want to cancel this order. The charges haven't gone through, but I don't want my card to accidentally be charged for this, nor do I want a second copy of this book. Please cancel this order.
