Aggressive Block & Attack of Opportunity

Does Aggressive Block allow an attack of opportunity to occur if you are wielding a reach weapon?

Aggressive Block is a modifier for the Shield Block Reaction that causes the opponent to become flatfooted, or choose to move.

Attack of Opportunity states If a move action occurs in someones threat range, you can make a strike that doesnt increase your attack penalty,nor suffer one.

I guess the question here is.. if you FORCE an enemy to use a move action, does that trigger an AoO?

Forced Movement doesn't trigger reactions triggered by movement.

The reason I question it here, is because its not a Guaranteed Forced Movement.

The enemy can... if they wish choose to become flatfooted.
So the enemy still technically chooses to move?

They can choose to be flat footed or be subject to a Push/Pull. Yes they can choose between those options, but the movement is still forced.

The ability says they choose to be Flat Footed or subject to a Shove action, which is forced movement. They don't even get to choose the direction.
