Order 31286895 status waiting for backordered products

Hi guys, I sent an email about my order on the 11th August but have yet to hear back. The order was raised on the 22nd July for a bunch of miniatures. I understand things are a bit crazy, so I have been patient waiting for a response.

The order has been split into two packages and looks like one is being held up due to backordered miniatures (and hence the whole order is held up). Can you let me know if the backordered miniatures are going to arrive soon or if you have an estimate of when they will become available? If it soonish, happy to wait, but if there’s going to be a significant wait, can you remove them from the order and send/process only those that you have in stock?

It looks like just the chest miniatures were not in stock and not expected to arrive soon. I have cancelled those from your order and your order should ship out tomorrow! Thanks so much for your patience!

I was just looking at that right now and noticed the chest was the only item that the links in my cart that didn’t work!
