As part of my Pathfinder Lost Omens subscription, an order was submitted on 9/24 and then paid for and shipped on 10/2 for the Pathfinder Society Guide. I received my pdf as usual but have not received the book in the mail yet. The automated message said it may ship as late as 10/9 from the warehouse and would take 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Assuming the latest possible ship date I would have expected it 10/16 at the latest; I still do not have my book as of 10/29.
The order number is 36245984 and the order states "Shipped package 3336790," and unlike previous orders, this one had no tracking available. I also found it odd that the shipping seemed larger than usual, my last order had shipping of $8.41 for three books and this one had $12.01 for just a single book.
At this point, I've sent two emails to Customer Service and received no reply in this matter. Attempting to call, no one ever answers and the voice mail box is always full. At this point I'd like some kind of a response on this matter and any help would be greatly appreciated. The pdf works fine in the interim but I would like to get the physical book I've paid for!

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. I'm so sorry you haven't received your book yet. I have set up a replacement for you in your sidecart.
Our system selected an incorrect shipping method on your order. I apologize for this and I have also gone ahead and issued you a refund to store credit for the difference in shipping between the method that was selected and your default shipping method for a total of $7.19.
