Can the Child of Acavna and Amaznen not use the bastard sword as a two handed weapon?

Advice

Silver Crusade

This archetype has always been a headscratcher for me, i feel like i should be able to do something with it and im only just now piecing something together. I'm asking this because if i can't then the weapon with the highest die i can use for this thing is a long sword, and that's already a setback.

It doesn't have proficiency in a bastard sword used 2H as I read it, though if you spend a feat on EWP that should let you use it 1H or 2H.

This archetype is not workable IMO. Just play a bloodrager, maybe with the vestige bloodline for more fighter flavour.

Honestly i would like to have a full bab attacker with intelligence based casting and CoAAA is as far as i can tell the only one who fits the bill, everyone else is either wis or cha based.

Occultist w/trappings of the warrior is a full BAB 6-level int based spellcaster. Something of an anomaly I know. A magus is pretty close to full BAB counting the effects of their arcane pool, one archetype gets full BAB for prereqs from 9th and another can get flurry of blows at 11th level+ (flurry of blows uses level=BAB). Some archetypes of full BAB classes have something akin to int based spellcasting (stygian slayer, psychometrist vigilante) without quite getting there.

Beyond that, a 4-level spellcaster needs little enough casting stat that it's entirely possible to be smart and cast off wis or whatever.

an int fighting caster is hard to do.

on the other hand if your ok with a wis caster who can use all martial weapons ,fight in full plate and blow stuff left and right all day (beside having a lot of other buffing\debuffing\healing spells). look at the calamity caller archtype of the warpriest. (elf\half-elf\human with racial heritage(elf) feat only).
i had one who yelled stuff like 'Fire 3' or 'Ice 2' when calling down calamities.
(took me a while to also notice that he gain access to all of the calamities at once, not like bomb discoveries or such that have to be picked one by one)

- he has spells like divine favor (plus fate's favored trait?) that get him better attack and damage bonus and other that haste him up (like Channel Vigor). and his fervor allow him to self buff and attack in the same round.
