pending Order 30887898 3 month's and still waiting

the tittle says it all original order was posted July 18 and i updated the order with an addition 2 weeks later , i understand you guys have backorders but how long is it going to take just to send out of the factory. Can i also say this is my first direct order from Paizo and this delay is not a good first impression.
