Special edition subscription

Hello,

I noticed that there seems to be an issue with my pathfinder special edition rulebook subscription. My sidecart seems to be waiting for the advanced players guide to send. Is there a backorder for the advanced players guide?

Please note that I also sent an email regarding this issue. Subject was sidecart order.

I'm so sorry you book hasn't shipped out! The Advanced Player's Guide is not backordered and it looks like there was just an issue with the start of your subscription. We'll be generating orders for November subscriptions today. If you book does not generate to your order, you can reply here and I can make sure to add it to your order. If you'd like for it to ship out sooner, I'm also happy to set that up for you!

I noticed that the order was generated; however, the issue with the special edition subscription still seems to be present. The advance players guide is not a part of that order.
