Hey there! I recently emailed CS regarding this issue, but I guess that email got lost in some digital abyss. In any case, here's (a slightly modified version of) the message I sent:
I have the feeling some things are off with the two newly released (Advanced) GM screens, though please take my post with a grain of salt. In any case; I've purchased the two GM screens (PDFs), and the file called "PZO2208 Individual Pages" is in both packages. The 'image' (of the green dragon) is the same in both versions, where I would have expected one of them to be the alternative one that is shown in "PZO2208-Advanced GM Screen-Portrait". (I think the two "PZO2208 Individual Pages" are actually exactly the same file in both packages).
Apart from the image, and again in "PZO2208 Individual Pages", the image is included four times in the PDF; once after every page. To me this feels kind of redundant, and this repetition is not the case with the (previous) 'normal' GM Screens.
Lastly, the padding of the individual pages is quite different from the landscape or portrait version of the 'normal' PF2E GM Screen: the new (advanced) version has way more padding (both in the spreads file, as well as in the individual pages file). I haven't printed it yet, but I think consistency (with the other GM Screens) is preferred here.

Also also: in the same Beginner Box, in 'Top Sheet.pdf', it still states "Open the Hero’s Handbook to page XXX", where of course the XXX should be replaced by a page number.
I know these are rough times for everyone, but there's relatively been a lot of little mistakes that I have been able to spot in the first 10 minutes after downloading, over the previous couple of purchases I've made. This in itself is not a problem per se -everyone makes mistakes- but combined with the extreme lack of response, you are starting to come across as being rather unprofessional.
It may do you well to start to have someone else confirm each file that is uploaded for production/release, as this would reduce the number of mistakes found by customers and thus the number of this kind of posts from your customer support forums (and thus CS's workload, hopefully).
Edit: I doubt the comment '[components with labels, similar to Starfinder’s top sheet]' should still be there, on the next page in the same PDF.
