On the 15th of September I placed an order for a Pathfinder 2E Special Edition Advanced Player's Guide, I received it in the mail 14th of October and when I opened the box it contained a regular edition instead.

I have also sent an email to customer service on the 14th, but forgot to put the order number in subject line and only in the email itself.
