Request a Refund for Automatic Withdrawal without my order

Order number is a 34189885 and I bought five books on October 2.

I paid as soon as I ordered. Payment was done normally. However, on October 15 of Local time, a total of four additional withdrawals occurred suddenly and its were $15.64, $13.15, $15.64 and $15.64. I didn't get any Paizo's attention message and I didn't change my order. There was no warning that there would be additional withdrawals. I want to check what happened and get a refund.

Our system charges your credit card when your order ships, so the charged you see now are for when your order shipped out earlier today. At the time you placed your order, you may have seen a pending authorization on your account, which is your bank holding the funds in anticipation of a future charge. That should have fallen off of your account and you should only see the most recent charges posted to your statement.
