Hello there! Fellow adventurer here, and Venture-Officer in the making, wondering if there is a boon required to access the kobold ancestry from the APG. I can see one for every other ancestry so I presume it's just an overlook. Should it be 80 points as the others or did I miss something?

You did miss something. If you check the sanctioning for the APG, you'll see that in PFS, kobolds are always available with no boon.
