Hello, there was an issue billing my order 15935621. I can provide a PDF if needed. I have repeatedly called and emailed customer service with no reply. This is my last effort to get this resolved. After that, I'm cancelling all my subscriptions.
I hope someone can get in touch with me to resolve this.

Thank you, Joan! I appreciate your help. Do you know when the digital versions of these items would be available to download? I just checked my digital downloads and do not see them. This order was originally part of my subscription, so the digital files would have been included at no additional cost.
