I would like to cancel this order. I've tried emailing, calling, and emailing again. I already got fed up and bought one of the ordered books, and if this is how frustrating this will continue to be, I'd rather just not order anything through Paizo. Please cancel this order and give me my money back.

I'm so sorry that there were some payment issues with your order. Your card was being declined by our credit card processing system because it was not passing the address verification check. This means that the billing address provided on our site does not match the billing address your bank has on file, so our card processor is declining it for security reasons. While your bank may be willing to open these attempts as pending authorizations, we are not able to finalize any charges through them. I have submitted authorization reversal requests for these attempts. This should notify your bank that we will not be finalizing any charges through those and they can release any holds they may have on the funds. In most cases, those should be reversed in about 1 business day, but it may take 1 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

I have also cancelled your pending order. Thanks again for your patience!
