Persistent valid payment method error on your payment site

Hi

I am still battling this (posts May, June, July, September, October) -- and despite responses on this forum, the problem is not fixed.

This is the only on-line payment system I have any trouble with.

This is the initial post from the most recent thread (Early September)..

Just like my order placed back in May (?) and fulfilled in late June, I'm getting this error when I put in my credit card details to purchase the advanced players guide.

Could we resolve this so I can purchase stuff without needing a long delay again?

None of the suggestions worked last time, my card works everywhere else -- I
believe there is something wrong with your system.

Hi Runrafter,

I've pinged our tech team to take a look at your account. From what I can see on my end, it appears that the issue is that your payment method is not being saved onto your order. I have attached the payment method to the PDF order in your cart, but our team will check to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. THanks for your patience!
