Does dazzling display work with having different weapons?

So let's say I pick up weapon focus (longsword) and dazzling display. If I pick up weapon focus (shortsword) later can I also use that for a dazzling display?

Yes.

Dazzling Display:

Your skill with your favored weapon can frighten enemies.

Prerequisites: Weapon Focus, proficiency with the selected weapon.

Benefit: While wielding the weapon in which you have Weapon Focus, you can perform a bewildering show of prowess as a full-round action. Make an Intimidate check to demoralize all foes within 30 feet who can see your display.

Unlike the Weapon Focus feat itself, the Dazzling Display feat has no stipulation requiring you to pick a weapon. It just requires your have Weapon Focus with the weapon you are using.
