Do plus bonuses from those feats apply to my combat maneuver check when I spell sunder?
you receive a +2 bonus on checks made to sunder an item
But I'm not sundering an item, I'm sundering a spell effect.
Also, can I spell sunder an effect from spell-like ability?the barbarian can attempt to sunder an ongoing spell effect by succeeding at a combat maneuver check
Not spell-like effect, spell-like ability effect, but spell effect.

Moreover, it only specifies the "effect's cater level", but doesn't say anything about "CR of the effect’s creator" as in Eater of Magic, which works against spell-like abilities also.

Yes and yes. Sunder is normally vs an item. Spell Sunder says to make a normal sunder check.
Spell-Like Abilities (Sp)Spell-like abilities, as the name implies, are magical abilities that are very much like spells. Spell-like abilities are subject to spell resistance and dispel magic. They do not function in areas where magic is suppressed or negated (such as an antimagic field). Spell-like abilities can be dispelled but they cannot be counterspelled or used to counterspell.
Once per rage, the barbarian can attempt to sunder an ongoing spell effect by succeeding at a combat maneuver check. For any effect other than one on a creature, the barbarian must make her combat maneuver check against a CMD of 15 plus the effect’s caster level. To sunder an effect on a creature, the barbarian must succeed at a normal sunder combat maneuver against the creature’s CMD + 5, ignoring any miss chance caused by a spell or spell-like ability. If successful, the barbarian suppresses the effect for 1 round, or 2 rounds if she exceeded the CMD by 5 to 9. If she exceeds the CMD by 10 or more, the effect is dispelled.
Bolded the important bits. It probably wouldn't call out spell-like abilities if spell sunder didn't work vs them.
