Subscription Issue

Hey ya,
I currently have subs for:
PF Adventure Path
PF Adventures
PF Rulebooks
PF Lost Omens
PF Society Adventures

Apparently I can get PFS sub for free because I have more than four active subs.
As I was already subbed to the society adventures before adding my fourth print subscription, the website isn’t allowing me to choose that option on my subscriptions page.
Can you please sort this for me?
I just received an email saying I have some pending and I’m still paying for them.

Looking at the order history for order 34497810, it looks like the scenarios were granted as part of the complimentary subscription and I do not see any transactions for this order in our credit card processing system. If you are seeing charges on your statement, let me know and I'd be happy to investigate further!

36250484 is the latest society order and I was charged for it.

Is this a complimentary subscription or just a one off?

It looks like the paid subscription kicked in before the complimentary one. I have refunded the paid subscription order and cancelled that subscription, and re-generated your order for the complimentary scenarios. Moving forward you should just see the complimentary ones spawn. Thanks again for your patience!
