Order 30191998 - only 1 item has arrived

Hey customer service team,

After just receiving the airmailed items in order 32478644, it made me realise that I don't have anything form order 30191988 other than the slithering module.

Usually, the subscription items arrive about a month after shipping, so just wanting to confirm that they were in a separate box that is still due to come.

Update: Apologies I realised, that that I was thinking that the module came in that order but it was the flip mat instead. So nothing from its order was received yet

Sorry I just realised that I didn't update, but it did actually arrive
