I am still waiting on the first book for this adventure path. I started the subscription on August 3. I have already received book 2 and 3 but not 1. I can't even download it as it hasn't been mailed yet. Your site shows that the physical book is available. So, when will I be getting my copy?

I just got an email that book 4 will be shipping soon also.

I have emailed about this twice but have only received automated replies so I am trying here now.
