On 7/20/20 I completed an order for the Pathfinder Rulebook Subscription (Order Number 8148631). At the time I placed Bestiary 2 into my sidecart to ship with my next subscription item. My intent was to start my subscription with Bestiary 2 and to have it ship with the Advanced Player's Guide. However, when I check my subscriptions it shows that I have no upcoming subscription shipments. Are you able to assist me with this?

Of note, I sent an email about this issue on August 4th.
