I sent an email to customer support and never received a reply so I'll try here. I purchased the Extinction Curse adventure path module on Roll 20 where I have my Paizo account linked with Paizo connect. I read that I was supposed to receive a pdf copy of this module on my Paizo account but this did not unlock for me. It may be because the module was gifted to me from my roll20 wish list. Is there any way I can get access to this pdf on my Paizo account?

Hello, the pdf files still do not show up in my digital content section on paizo.com. Is there somewhere else I should look for them or have they not been unlocked yet?

It looks like there may be an issue with the gifting process that is causing your PDFs to not sync up correctly. I have gone ahead and set up your PDFs manually and you should see them in your downloads now. Thanks for your patience!
