Hi,
I know you guys must be struggling, but i tried to confirm whether this order was being processed by email to customer service a lot of times and didn't get a reply. Eventually i asked for it to be cancelled and the next day received a notification that it had been processed. I now have the package to prevent my postal system from losing it but i do not want the products. I am hoping i get a response but am not optomistic at this point.
