Popping in because your post is still at the top of the queue and Customer Service is still running behind and because I might be able to help....
If you go to My Account, I think there is a section headed My Sidecart. There used to be a button there that said something like "Ship Now" that you could use to make the sidecarted items stop waiting for a subscription shipment. I'm not sure if it's still there because I don't have anything in my sidecart right now, but if it is, you should be able to take care of this yourself.
If you don't see that option, you'll probably have to wait for CS to get to this post; I think they're running a little less than a month behind right now.
