Elemental Slam vs. EAC or KAC

I have a player who has the summon creature spell and is summoning a lightning elemental. According to the graft its slam attack (or lightning strikes) deals half electricity damage and half bludgeoning damage so does this target a creature's EAC or KAC? Of course he rolls a number that is in the middle of the two.

Targets KAC. Unless otherwise stated by a weapon's specific rules, any attack that does kinetic damage (or a mix of kinetic and energy) targets KAC.
