Hello there,
I placed an order for nine miniatures. They were not to be shipped with my subscription. Yet now they are being shipped out in three boxes with my subscription. I specifically only bought nine minis and not ten so that they would ship out in one shipment. Can you guys honor what I paid for and ship out the nine minis in one box to me? I really have no interest in paying for shipping three separate times.

Customer Service works through forum posts from oldest to newest, so commenting in your own thread causes your thread to be pushed to the back of the line. I'm so sorry that your order shipped out in multiple packages with your subscription order. I have processed a refund for the shipping costs for you and you should see the refund post to your account in 5 to 7 business days. I have also set up a replacement Catoblepas miniature for you and cancelled your subscription and sidecart. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I am happy to help!
