Hello there,

I placed an order for nine miniatures. They were not to be shipped with my subscription. Yet now they are being shipped out in three boxes with my subscription. I specifically only bought nine minis and not ten so that they would ship out in one shipment. Can you guys honor what I paid for and ship out the nine minis in one box to me? I really have no interest in paying for shipping three separate times.

Well, I got the three packages. I ordered 5 giant bat minis and 4 catoblepas minis. I received 5 giant bats, 3 catoblepas minis, and 1 Polkovnik Lavrenti mini.

So. This has been a fiasco. Can I get the mini that I ordered please?

Also, having thought about it, I think a refund for the two extraneous shipping costs would be in order.

I'm so sorry that your order shipped out in multiple packages with your subscription order. I have processed a refund for the shipping costs for you and you should see the refund post to your account in 5 to 7 business days. I have also set up a replacement Catoblepas miniature for you and cancelled your subscription and sidecart. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I am happy to help!

Hmmm I don't see any currently pending orders, and your sidecart was cancelled when your subscriptions were cancelled. Are you able to see an order number for The Dead God's Hand?

That order is showing up as cancelled in our system, but I went ahead and uncancelled and re-cancelled it just now. Let me know if you're still seeing it and if so I'll ping our tech team to make sure we won't be sending this book when it releases.
