It was her first and only adventure and I can't find her chronicle sheet. The session was successfully reported. I was thinking on jumping back with her so I don't know what to do now.

easy to find look in your organized play and see if the session was reported. You should see who the gm was and where and then contact your local vneture officer to get the rest.

Primarily the GM. If that is not feasible, you could join the Org Play Online - the discord server for Organized Play in Pathfinder Society (pfschat.com). One of the venture officers there might be able to help you, even though this game was way before the online region was started.

If you play face to face games (or would want to play in local game stores etc with your local lodge), you should contact your local venture officers.

As a last resort - it's just 1 adventure, and it takes just 3 adventures to get a level. If none of the above options work out, you could just recreate the character from scratch. Your character was also for the 1st edition of Pathfinder - If you'd like to give it a try, the Second Edition was launched just a year ago and I'd really encourage you to try it out! The nice people in the pfschat.com will be happy to help you get started ^_^
