Sorry for going this route, but the issue on my account has begun to affect my subscriptions and I'm unable to do it myself!
Long story short, needed a new debit card and simply can't update it on file. New one is on the account already and has been for a bit but simply can't be switched over for some reason.
I originally reached out via email on 8/23 about updating it, then replied to the same thread on 8/31, and again today when I realized that it's stopped my current shipment.
Hopefully this is a quick and easy win for you guys and you close out my other request!
Appreciate all you do, I work in the CS industry myself and know how times are crazy right now!

Please disregard my issue, the system was able to finally let me update the default payment method on the subscription section AND the failed order!!
For those that may not be aware, when you replace or change a card you MUST go to the subscription section and update the payment method once it's been added to your account! You will also need to update it for all failed orders as well!
