This order was shipped on August 6th. It has been in the same location since August 10th. UPS-MI does not recongnize the packageID when I call. Is there a tracking number that I can use to contact UPS-MI with?

I can track the package through the order link, but UPS-MI says that the number I supply is not a tracking number.

Thank you so much for your patience as we work through our backlog. You should have a link to track your package in your confirmation email when your order shipped from your warehouse. I can see that the latest activity was on September 8, where it was enroute to USPS for induction. Were you able to receive your package? If not let me know, as we are well past the time where you should have received your order, and I would be happy to assist further!


Still no package.
