Hi There,
I placed an order this weekend for the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game subscription (Order #35421223), and chose the Core Set as the product to start that subscription. For some reason it is sitting in my sidecart, unshipped. I did not see a "ship now" button while choose the subscription, and still do not see one in my account details.
I have no idea when this item will ship, and given that there is a huge backlog in customer service, I would like to cancel my subscription (before it even begins). I would rather get my game now and not wait some indeterminable amount of time for either the core box to ship, or for customer service to get through the backlog and address any request to ship the item now.
I may reactivate this subscription when conditions change, but for now, it seems like more of a hassle to subscribe than to get the game from a third party retailers.
