I made this order for the Pathfinder Adventure Subscription back on July 10th. The Slithering item was said to be placed in my sidecart but has yet to join any of my orders generated between now and then. When can I expect to receive this product? I have also been missing out on the 15% discount that this would qualify me for (I assume due to not being added to any orders).

I have generated an order for your sidecarted book and it should ship out today or tomorrow. I have also granted store credit for the amount you would have saved for Paizo Advantage during the months of August and September, which is how long you would have been eligible for Paizo Advantage.
