Promotion Credit not working

I attended a convention, Cincycon 2020 specifically, and received a Paizo Convention Play Voucher for $15 off an order at Paizo.com. I thought I had lost the voucher shortly after the convention, but just found it today tucked into one of my books. I went to use it on an order of 4 print fiction books, but the checkout page says 'That code is not recognized or is not valid for this order.' I double-checked that I had the code correct, tried it in both uppercase and lowercase and tried it together and spaced as it appears. None of my attempts worked. The expiration date is only a few days away so I'd like to get this resolved quickly.
