I purchased a humble bundle this summer and opted to get the hard cover 2e Rulebook. I cannot stress enough how terrible of a eshop system you have. You absolutely need to upgrade this and soon, you have an amazing product but it is a terrible experience biyinging anything.

I Still have not been able to complete my order after months of trying. My card was declined and yet I use it daily just fine. No notice was sent to me about that and near a month later I checked the order and saw it.

Now I'm trying to update the payment and reporcess and I can find no way to do that. I changed the card but there are no buttons or links or instructions on how to initiate the payment again.

Can some for the love of all that's holy please help me get this order finished.
