I just received a package from my subscription but the mail carrier left it in the rain. It's soaked. Who do I contact about this? Are the packages insured? Is it possible to get it replaced?

This is the right place to contact. I normally wouldn’t reply to someone’s post here because every time it gets a reply it gets sent to the back of the queue, but I caught this a couple of minutes after posting so it shouldn’t impact your positioning—CS works from oldest to newest based on the date of the most recent reply. So, bumping this thread will just end up delaying a response (as an FYI).

CS is rather backlogged at the moment; check the stickies here for their email backlog. I don’t know what the messageboard backlog is like but I imagine it’s similar.

They will respond here, but it may take multiple weeks.

Hey there thanks for getting back to me. I just noticed your reply. I had left it in the package and it looks like my wife threw it out. It was warped and clearly damaged. She said she thought it was trash. We cant play the other ones that I purchased unfortunately until we play that one. I think we now have 4 total from the series. Not sure if there is anything you can do at this point. I should have taken pictures right away.
